Our 5 years warranty

Warranty covers both fabrics and components. The products that we supply are free from defects on materials and is fully functional within the normal use.
In the event that the products that you receive is found to be faulty or defective it is on our discretion basing on your claim to replace or repair the defective products.
We will cover the transport and collection of the damaged products for the first 3 months, after this period the purchaser is responsible in the transport cost for the blinds back to our factory. All warranty claims will need to have proof of purchase.
In the event that the packaging of the blinds is damaged when it is being delivered, receive the delivery and sign the receipt of delivery and state on the receipt that the box was received damaged. Take a photo of the box before opening and send it to us if the products has been damaged.
For warranty claims, please contact us and we will instruct you on the steps that you will need to do for your claim.

4. Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at $35.00 per order.

We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.

7. Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received full payment. Our terms of payment is payment in full amount stated on the invoice to proceed with the order, we do not accept term payment not unless it is provided by a finance company recognized and endorsed by this website.
8. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we despatch the goods. We will asses your claim for refund or replacement due to freight damage if claim is submitted within 3 days upon receipt with photo of the damage as a result of product in transit.

We will do our absolute best to track any missing or stollen goods thru the freight company that we use

Order Cancellation/Returns/Reimbursement

You cannot cancel or change Your order if the goods You have ordered are manufactured, measured or custom-made to Your requirements as these Goods will not be re-sellable to Us. We regret that once Your Order has been accepted by Us in relation to such Goods and entered on Our manufacturing process, We are unable to accept changes to these Goods or cancellation of Your order. If prior to delivery You do wish to change Your order or cancel it after We have accepted it, please contact Us as soon as possible by email or on Our telephone order helpline and We will try to assist You. Our acceptance of cancellation of Your Order will be subject to retention by Us of a handling charge equal to 40% off the invoice value. The balance of the price paid will be reimbursed to You within 30 days of notification of cancellation by re crediting Your Bank Account or Credit Card.

NOTE before ordering: For custom made orders (all blinds and shutters products)we do not accept returns, cancellation, change of order specification nor refund for any wrong measurements, specifications and change of mind made by the customer after 48 hours of the orders being placed.
